Pat and Lisa Capogreco, whose goal is to play music from the 70’s and 80’s Disco/Dance scene, created “On The Beat”. “On The Beat” features songs that were not overplayed on the radio and are rare to find on commercial radio today. Songs like “I Will Survive” by Gloria Gaynor will NOT be heard on this show. If you danced at Boston Boston on Landsdowne Street in Boston or Studio 54 in New York, then you will appreciate the songs that you will hear on this show!
Of course if you didn’t dance at those clubs, but know the music and have a deep desire to listen to songs that you thought you would never hear again, tune into “On The Beat” weekly on Zumix Radio 1630AM East Boston.
